Rescue Rally recognizes, rewards and celebrates area animal rescue organizations that pull dogs and cats from Indianapolis Animal Care and Control and finds them safe, loving homes. Last year, $1.8 million of Marion County tax dollars were spent killing 8,000 adoptable animals (an average of 22 per day).
